Went to presentation at hotel location in Louisville Kentucky. Fell for pitch and paid for the "vacation club" and subsequent annual fee. Have never been able to speak to a person with the "company" and have not been able to find a better deal using the club benefits vs. personal search on the internet for vacations packages.
