3 years ago I leased a Hyundai for my High School daughter. I asked about fees at the end and they were very detailed on the excess wear charges but never mentioned the disposition fee.
I was taken completely by surprise with the notice of a $400 fee if I didn't purchase or lease another Hyundai.
My daughter has left for College and is not permitted to have a car as a first year student.
I've leased a CRV. from Preston Honda of New Castle, a Hyundai from your Boardman and in December purchased a used Toyota Camary from your Boardman store. Each time I've very pleased with the results.... Until now!! I'm extremely upset with this fee and I feel that I was taken advantage of.
I spoke the the lease Mgr. at your Hyundai store and was told that there was nothing he could do.
If the Preston ever wants my business again they will do something about it. I look forward to hearing from you.
