Ordered a FREE sample and was supposed to pay for shipping only and was charged $87.95 USD. I did not authorize this transaction. When I called they said they don't offer free samples. They are in the process of charging me for a January 2014 shipment. They promised me they will reimburse the January 2014 charges, but not the December 2013 charges. This is a total scam. I did not authorize this transaction. Only thing I authorized was the charges for shipping. I want my money. Ack.
