in nov 2013 i ordered the trial samples of equinox & RML costing £7.94. i recd a post office card to collect items, but the post office was miles away and when i got there the products couldnt be found. i filed a complaint but the post office couldnt still find the items. But in the meantime i was charged £89 & £95 from my account. i contacted equinox who cancelled both my agreements but refused to refund the total amount debitted from my account. no products recd and if i didnt have the items how could i say if i wanted them. equinox still havent refunded me after several emails. how can they get away with this?!
