Rang toll free number to activate software, then had " engineer" on laptop looking as if he was sorting problem. He tried to sell me high priced malware package and tried to charge more than the price we agreed. My bank declined payment and when this happened he deleted original software. Do not touch this company, very dodgy. Lucky my bank intervened.
