Lift and Glow Pro have a pop-up on facebook, so thinking facebook were trustworthy, I submitted an order for two creams paying only P&P at £1.99. The con is that they have already ticked the terms and conditions for you, which I missed and these are fairly bulletproof. After 14 days they bill you £84 for the 'trial' bottles and then the same day bill you again for a further order, so in one day £169 came off my bank account. I then read a complaint by someone who had been scammed by them and on their advice tried to do a chargeback with my bank as i had used a debit card, but the bank fraud team would not uphold it because the terms and conditions get round this. I have now cancelled my card to put an end to it and have had to accept that the money is gone and I have little hope of getting it back. Unfortunately, i was ill during this 14 day period, and didn't cancel the agreement with them. BE WARNED, once you have ordered it, unless you use a credit card, kiss goodbye to your money. Facebook should ban this pop-up which is taking in so many people - shame on them and Lift and glow pro!!
