I authorized them to draft $72.00 from my account today, they drafted $72.00 as well as the amount for the full loan which was $522. With those 2 payments, it was more than the amount owed, and more than my weekly paycheck. When I tried to reach the company, at first I left a message, now when i try to call again, it rings one time, and I get a busy tone.

- I have seen the same thing happen to a friend today. She contacted First Novus, which is who sent her loan to them. They said the phones are not "down" just bogged down, which is why the busy signal. My friend is out 700.00 as well, and it also bounced her mortgage

- same here trying to get thru and busy signal. I tried to go on the website and apply for another loan just to get them to call me, as when i was applying they were very easy to find!
