Received a notebook as a gift for my daughter for Christmas - decided to return it. Requested a RMA on December 27th and still have not recieved the information I need to return it. Also, sent emails to the Manager of the Returns Deptartment and still have not received a reply. Contacted my bank to dispute the charges.
Would not recommend this company if they were the only electronic company left on earth.
