I called earlier in the week to make a payment arrengement to pay down my loan. The total amount that should have been deducted was $300.02. They deducted that amount from my account plus the full amount of the original loan which was $500.02. I've been calling all morning long and their toll-free number has been busy. Pissed!!!!

  • This also happened to me today. They were supposed to take out $117.50 and they did and also the entire loan amount of $292.50. You cannot get through to them, the phone is off the hook and my bank, PNC, will not do anything about it.

  • Ok. If anyone else is having the same problem. I finally made it through to them Here is what you need to do in order to get your money back:

    Get a copy of your bank statement with the debit and any over drafts related to this mishap. FAX A COPY of them to: 1-855-558-1460. Include your Loan # and your name of course. You may even want to include your email address and/or telephone number. If you need to call them, use 1-877-943-6784 (Collections Department).

    Good luck to us all that they will refund our monies back ASAP!

  • They did this to me as well today, not only did they withdraw my remaining balance they also withdrew the incorrect amount of there was supposed to withdraw today, so I am just going to dispute it with my bank even if it takes a few days to get it back, and they will get nothing.

  • My bank said there is nothing they can do until it comes out of pending. And only then can I dispute it and it can take up to 10 days to get money back.

  • Oh by the way i just called the collections number and they warm transfered me to customer service and they helped me right away. Called the bank with me on the line.

  • I finally got through today, and they asked for my debit card info and my money was returned into my account in about an hour. If your bank won't do that, they said it would be ACH'd into account no later than Wednesday, they are returning the money. Thank you God.
