I was paying my loan off today that had a balance of $325.01 and they took it twice. Have tried to call all morning and its busy. Called the bank and we can do a return on one of the amounts but that is going to cost me $20.00. This is ridiculous. I have made all payments on time and paid it off early, what a crooked company. So much for borrowing from them again.

Ok. If anyone else is having the same problem. I finally made it through to them Here is what you need to do in order to get your money back:
Get a copy of your bank statement with the debit and any over drafts related to this mishap. FAX A COPY of them to: 1-855-558-1460. Include your Loan # and your name of course. You may even want to include your email address and/or telephone number. If you need to call them, use 1-877-943-6784 (Collections Department).
Good luck to us all that they will refund our monies back ASAP! -
