I had a loan with them where $87.51 should have been withdrawn; however they withdrew the whole amount due PLUS another 87.51 from my account. Can't reach them by phone -- off the hook! Crooks!

  • Ok. If anyone else is having the same problem. I finally made it through to them Here is what you need to do in order to get your money back:

    Get a copy of your bank statement with the debit and any over drafts related to this mishap. FAX A COPY of them to: 1-855-558-1460. Include your Loan # and your name of course. You may even want to include your email address and/or telephone number. If you need to call them, use 1-877-943-6784 (Collections Department).

    Good luck to us all that they will refund our monies back ASAP!

  • Monique, no one answers the collection dept. number either, they sic a voicemail on you, ask you to hold, then ask you to leave a number for callback. I faxed what you said to do, but hope this gets resolved asap as they are going to cause all kinds of damage.

  • I've just talked to them trough the Collection number above. They said it was a system error and they'll be refunding our money today!!?? Keep trying with that number. Good Luck to everyone....

  • I finally got through yesterday. Busy signals are because their phones were swamped. Money was pending coming out of my acct but they could not stop it and sent me to my bank who could not either. And being a Friday and a bank holiday Monday it will now be Tuesday before I get my money back! $700! This will bounce my mortgage as well as other bills that are automatically deducted. Maxlend told me they would pay any charges but he'll they have left me broke in a very important weekend
