I have also been caught by this dreadful company. I saw the free trial on Facebook. There was nothing about terms and conditions on Facebook. I was charged 2 payments of £1.99 on 17th December 2013. When I went to my Bank yesterday I discovered this company had stolen a further 3 payments 2 of £84.71 and 1 of £89.66 from my Bank Account without my permission. In total they have taken £259.08. My Bank have now blocked them from taking any further funds from my bank account and they gave me 2 phone numbers to try 02033182495 and 08081890973 but I can not get to speak to anyone on either no they also told me to get in touch with Trading Standards.

I spoke to my bank on the 17th Jan after noticing these payments and they told me that they already know of this company and what they are doing and put a stop on my account so no further payments would be taken...

..... checked my bank again today and another payment has gone through....now a total of £348.74..nearly a full months pay gone and I still have my regular bills to come out but my account is now empty so facing bank charges as well.
