I was told i would get a $25.00 walmart gift card whch i never got plus i was suppose to have 30 days after paying $1.00 fee to cancel. they didn't wait the 30 days and took two payments of $ 24.95 out of my account. When i called the man said the order was for june when i didn't place it until september which i told him the book was sept. 2011. He was very rude so i called back to talk to another representative who said she would try to get my money sent back. Also the fee in the agreement states $19.99 but the amounts taken out were $24.95 so i asked was it for taxes and wa told no; that was just the amount. I am on disability and to have them do that is disgusting!!!! I'm very dissapointed and they need to be stopped!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
