After ordering the sample trial, I received an unwanted additional product. $105.95 was charged to my account. I returned the unopened package through the post office and I have my tracking number. When I called and checked on my refund, I was told, not so nicely, that I did not have authorization to do that. Since when do I need authorization to return an unopened package!
