Horrible experience. I had to buy a computer that I'd use for only 2 months, while mine was getting repaired, so I chose to get a used one. I bought one from this store for 400 pounds, and it stopped working 2 days after I started using it. I took it back to the store, and the guy replaced it with another one. That second laptop he gave me broke after 3 weeks. Overall, 2 of his computers in a month. When I took the second one back and asked him to fix it, he said there was nothing wrong with it. That same day, I took it back home. It died about 5 minutes after I turned it on. No refund, nothing. No need to pay 400 pounds for something that won't even last for a month. Do yourself a favour and go to a professional.
