this complaint is almost an exact account to the one above I too recieved the **free Trial** and then subsequently charged first £89 and then week later £95 even though i returned the products after several ong and harrowing telephone calls mostly to no avail i finally got the first amount returned but the £95 is still outstanding i proceeded to write a letter and sent it recorded delivery in december and i have never had the courtesy of a reply i then rang again in the last week and was given an e-mail address on 2 occasions both have turned out to be bogus i cannot believe that these companys get away with this in the this country the manner in which they advertise is ludricious and all the complaints im reading about on this site why arent trading standards doing something about this they need to be exposed i will now contact the bbc watchdog programme and do this myself so watch this space K T
