They helped themselves to an additional $812.52 above what I owed to pay off my load. After 5 emails and 6 phone calls they have still not returned my money. I am a single mom and I need my money to pay my car insurance and go to the grocery store. I dont have money in reserve for this type of emergency or I would not have needed to obtain a payday loan. I told them my dire situation and every rep gives me different information and excuses. One rep told me they "cant" get me my money until Tuesday?!?! Another rep said if I gave him my debit card information my account would be credited and another rep said I could email my bank account statement and my account would be credited: they have still not credited my account. This whole experience is a nightmare! They claim they are "working on this" but I started calling and emailing at 5 a.m. yesterday and they have not returned my money.
Update: 01/22/2014
It has now been 6 days since maxlend took my money. I continue to incur damages in the form of NSF and overdraft fees not to mention I have NO MONEY to live on.

- I finally got through today, and they asked for my debit card info and my money was returned into my account in about an hour. If your bank won't do that, they said it would be ACH'd into account no later than Wednesday, they are returning the money. Thank you God.
