I was under the assumption that I was paying shipping and handling and processing fee of $4.95 for samples of the product. I received the product but was then charged 97.88 for it. Can you do anything about this for me, like take that charge off my acct.? I have already canceled any further deliveries. I cannot seem to be able to talk to a real person about this. I would really appreciate any thing you can do for me
