I paid postage for a product that Pureage-skin were offering, it was called Collagen face serum. I gave my bank details to pay for the postage. I received the product in November and then in December an amount of £76.62 was taken out of my bank account by pureage-skin and again in January the same amount was taken!! This was done without my consent, and when i paid postage for the offer product there was no mention of by doing this I would allow them to take what they wanted from my bank account!!! When I noticed this had
happened I informed my bank who said that because I had given my bank details that it was my fault and thatthey would not get the money back for me from the company! They must have known about this scam as they even gave me the phone number of the American company for me to contact them! i find this disgusting and there must be a way of stopping this happening. The bank said it had happened to a lot of people. Well why have they not contacted customers to stop this. I am taking this further, trading standards and Watchdog will be informed of this scam and I will not give up until this scam is revealed to people.
