i ordered the eye cream and skin care cream because the ad said free trial. just pay s&h. i was billed full price for both items. when i called to complain about it the lady i spoke with talked me out of returning the product because she was going to credit me the full price. that never happened!!! i just checked my account and you charged me another 97.00. FOR WHAT? is this how you do business. i want my money back. i have never seen a company so blatent in taking money.
