I purchased a fragrance as an Xmas present and also paid extra for the so called insured parcel delivery. I still not yet received the Present nor any communication or telephone response despite leaving several answer phone message and email contacts. This company has obviously scammed me and countless others. Their site should be removed immediately to save any other unsuspecting consumers, end up being ripped off
