On January 3, 2014, I saw a commercial that this company had a "promotion" where you could order a 30 day supply for $4.95 (1 time only, which was considered only paying the shipping & handling to try the product out). Needless to say, I fell for it & ordered the product. 14 days later my bank was hit for $89.97 for "not cancelling the free trail within 14 days! First of all, when I ordered this product, I was not aware of the "14 day free trail" & second, I was "NOT" aware of the additional $89.97 charge to try this product if I didn't cancel the "14 day trail". When I saw that my bank had been hit with $89.97 charge, I called them & requested a refund. I was then told I was being charged because I didn't cancel within the 14 days. I proceded to tell the Customer Service Rep, (Stephanie ID# 358) that I didn't sign up for a 14 day trail, she then told me that it's in the "TERMS & CONDITIONS" that I agreed to when I placed the order. I told her I wasn't aware of this & I wanted a refund & that I would send back the unused portion of the product. She told me they couldn't take it back due to the "FDA REGULATIONS" they were under. I have disputed the charge with my bank & called them back once more to try & get this settled. I talked to "David" this time whom is acting "Supervisor" & explained to him that I have filed a dispute for this charge with my bank & I want a refund & he told me the same thing about the "terms & Conditions" I agreed to, & he couldn't refund me & that the banks side with him because of the "Terms & Conditions" that they have in palce. This is a SCAM! PLEASE do not order from them!!!!
