order this product as a trial...called and canceled order(they have no record of this which was done in Nov)called again to cancel in beginning of Jan (asked for credit on last shipment and to stop any further shipments) had to call back again today 1-19-14 only to be told yes they will give me full refund on the last order they shipped to me (which was 1-11-14 but it was to late for credit on the one in December) I have been unable to take this product due to thyroid issues that my doctor feels this product would add to. I am not asking for all bottles to be creditted just these last 2. It is part my error cause i didn't pursue them...I did not have away to reach them the billing stement does not have a return address on it or a phone # I assumed I was getting them at reasonable rate untill I found the card I put them on....I had to call the credit card to find out how to reach them......
