I called them about fixing/resetting my router and they insisted on my buying a contract with them first because they found a virus. I agreed to a 149 contract for 1.5 years but got charged 299 for 1 year. Furthermore they removed my word programs and Safari so that they are completely unusable and haven't been able to fix it. They also made many phone calls to me unsolicited and I now have to try to get it fixed elsewhere. It's impossible to reach them and I fear that my computer is now unfixable. They are rude and pushy.
