Ordered two products on 11/06/2014. On 01/08/2014 I snet an emial to cancel auto shipments. On 01/14/2014 I sent another email to confirm concellation of auto shipment. On 01/15/2014 I sent anouther requet. I then go an emial stating they woulc reduce the monthly charge by 50%. I repsonded NO, please remove me from your auto shipment. Well, they charged me the full prices on both products. I am now cancelleing my credit card to ensrue they sTOP suto billing me. No reponse from my lastest requests to refund the full price.
