I HAVE CONTACTED YOU NUMEROUS TIMES TO TRY TO GET
MY ORDER OF OVER 90 dollars sent to me exactly two weeks ago from Monday Jan 6. I am out of cigs batteries and cartridges for the smoke.
I have e mailed or called almost every day.
I also sent a return to get a replacement immediately with an explanatory letter that my order was not filled "because your web site was DOWN !!!!! I wrote asking the returns dept to please send my replacement immediately.
Strange that you cannot fill my order for two weeks. I do not buy that the web site is down for that length of time.
Sat. Stephen, a supervisor called and said he would get back to me and DID NOT with an explanation. Why the return office did not return a working cigarette or battery to me with my full description on my return package I do not understand either. At least I would have had one working battery or cigarette.I begged that department to at least get the battery or cig out to me immediately. It has not been sent and I have no idea why none of your departments seem to be working properly unless this is all a hoax.
I then discovered your review saying this was the most awful cig because there was no dependability or trust in your product.
Previous to all this happening to me and now a two week delay on my orders I have unfortunately
cancelled my other cigarette from a dependable company and am left in the lurch. I have spent HOURS of your time and mine e mailing and calling. If you cannot fill my order no one gets back to me as they said they would and nothing has come in the mail.
What would you think if you were a loyal customer and one who could afford your product and was most willing to order loads to protect myself. You owe some dependability to your clients which you obviously do not have.
I am totally disappointed, and disillusioned.
The time I have spent to pay money and receive a product is absurd.
Since when should a customer receive this kind of treatment and i do not buy it for one minute that a web site is down for two whole weeks as of tomorrow. That means there is no working company.
If Stephen said he would look into this matter why have I not heard from him either by e mail or address or phone no. 215 732 3684. I will have to call all my friends to whom I recommended the taste of your fine product to tell them there is impossible service. I have never gone through anything like this in my entire life. jean hamann
