I ordered a "Free" trial (had to pay $5 aus for postage) of supra cleanse at the beginning of November 2012- received product a few weeks later. Then on 17th December I was charged $100 aus to my card when I had not received any more products. No phone number to contact company. Have since read lots of complaints of a similar nature. Have had to cancel my bank card as I had no way of telling the company to stop charging me. Luckily my bank has been kind enough to refund my money. I have not even tried the pills yet so I hope they work!
