On Monday Jan. 13 I called to have the DDL error corrected and to install windows mail on my laptop and to debug my desktop. My initial contact was with Raj #INZ4QO. To make a long story short. Day 1: 6 hours could not fix problems refused to get manager it was 1:30 am. missed the next day work Day 2 : spoke with VJ #25718 problems still unresolved - 2 hour hold when asked for manager, hung up. Day 3: Ranjid # IN08216 PROBLEMS UNRESOLVED STILL.
