I purchased Ugg boots on line, it took 3 weeks to get here from China, a button fell off after 1 week and when I asked about an exchange or refund, they said exchange would take a very long time and offered me 20% off the next order, when I refused that, they offered me $90 ( for $140 boots) and said it was a very good offer that I should take.
The original order correspondence is missing from my e-mail.
