About 2 months ago I was looking for a loan. To cut a long story short I decided against it. Saturday morning £39.98 had been taken from my account which I didn't find out till my card got declined whilst shopping. It's taken till today to show up on my phone app. Having never heard of the company I looked it up. I know I had entered card details on 1 or 2 sites but never this company. I always make sure my details shouldn't be shared but since I receive prob 20-25 emails/texts and phone calls.
This fee was a complete shock and don't understand why it was taken from my account 5-8 weeks after looking at loans and that they don't make it clear about few's because if they had I would of never wasted my time or money.
I can't believe a company with so many similar complaints have not made there t&c's on fees more clearer or even how this company are still going.
