they took 70.00£ out of my account with out me knowingni havent even been on their website or heared of them and ive phoned up a number of times and they kept telling me 7 days 7 days 2 days and then called me a liar and then said 30 days its been longer than 30 days.
they are very rude to me on the phone they shouldnt be allowed to speak to people like that and they took the money without my permission so why should i have to wait 48 days for a refund and get treated like the way they treat people. I am still waiting for my refund.
