Did a quick google of esta visa and this seemed like a legit site. (IT ISNT) Only on checking my banking account this morning did I find they had charged me $140 instead of the regular charge of $14. Never even questioned it due its .org address. Can only assume it would be impossible to attain any kind of refund as I re-read the T/Cs clearly stating
