Offered this product as an incentive for making out a survey on line. Was not aware that it was for a 15-day trial which was not in the material sent with the item. Was meant as a gift for a friend. Do not recall receiving any email. Then I received a notice for shipping a refill, I realized something was wrong. Called to cancel the refills, which I will be getting anyway, they offered me a gift certificate with their company for $80 in future purchases. I had to tell the operator that I did not want the item or the refills and because I was within the 30 days to return (according to the paper included in the first shipment) I requested an RMA so I could send this back today. They said I was beyond their 15 day trial period. My account was charged $99.95, of which because I insisted, I am receiving an $80 refund to my card.
What a scam! They get $20 from you no matter what.
BE SURE YOU WANT THIS BEFORE YOU ORDER, because they will ship you refills even if you say you don't want any.
