Received a tax invoice dated 13Jan 2014 for $490 for subscription fees I have not agreed to.

Received a letter from them initially which invited me to register my business or be "permanently be deleted from the database". I took it as a free listing invitation. With lack of further detail on the minimalist letter, the use of the Singapore lion logo had also been misleading to make one think it could be a government entity, and so think it is a benign invitation. No mention of such fees are found in the letter. During signing up in their website, no fees have been mentioned or conspicuously emphasised before signing up.
