Same complaints here. Made police report and police called back to say that they are leaving to ACRA to investigate. Called ACRA earlier and the ACRA person said they have received complaints and they are investigating. Asked him if we should pay and I was shocked when he said something like some people said they will pay and some said they are not going to pay. ACRA has been investigating for so long since Nov 2013 and no feedback. And now all of us are being billed by the Data Register Pte Ltd. I am very disappointed and do not understand why ACRA is taking so long to investigate and no news except to say that they are not linked to Data Register!!! This is obviously a scam but who can we look to seriously resolve this?
