I placed an order for boots on 12/5/13. Site notified me that payment would go through paypal. I accepted the charge (stupidly) that went through to "Name:sun li (The recipient of this payment is Non-U.S. - Verified)."
I have tried contacting them through the site three times with no response. I emailed the recommended customer contact that was listed in the welcome email- it bounced back. I emailed the original email address that the welcome letter came from, as well as the email address associated with the paypal account. Those have not bounced, however I have not received a response.
I guess now I'll have to be more wary of shopping online...
