I ordered a 3 month supply of dietary supplements on 1/6/2014. According to my credit card vendor, this transaction went through on 1/7/2014. The goods were to be delivered within 7-10 days. On 1/21/2014 I called the merchant's customer service center, spoke with Jacque, told she did not have access to delivery schedule and told me to call back later. I asked to speak with a supervisor and was told to call back later. I asked to cancel the transaction and asked for a confirmation number. Was told she could not provide confirmation number.
