I bought a refurbished tablet. It had some old tool bars I wanted to get rid of. I called Upclick Malta Limited (Tele: 21423255). They said they could help. They gave me a customer ID number, a verification code number and a case number. They charged me $349.99 off my debit card and hung up the telephone and I haven't heard from them since.

This complaint number 301784 is identical with complaint number 291134. It's the same exact complaint.

I expressed my will to cancell Premium Support. I don't have any hope that Premium Support can help me in any way now. According to the company I telephoned the only way I can settle up is through small claims court, and Premium Support can't help.
