I ordered a free trial of RVTL and Equinox. The offer said I could cancel within 14 days. I received the free trial order on January 9 and called today to cancel it and was told they would not refund the amount they charged my card. They charged 99.00 and 93.00. They said because I ordered it on January 4 I would have had to cancel it by January 15. I am within my 14 day cancellation yet they still charged me.
