informed that we need to register our Company's name otherwise it will be deleted frm ACRA. Not mentoning any charges until an invoice was sent.Now i hv sent them email to request to delete off and their replied was annual fee of S$490 is stated in the terms of use and can terminate the account on 31.12.2014 latest to avoid the 2015 annual fee.
