I received an email stating that a case would be downloaded against me on January 29, 2014. The email did not have a specific person to contact. It also has a report as spam tab and a remove from newsletter tab. When you click the report as spam it give a message for the company to place me on the "do not disturb list." I also do not have any un collected debt against me as I am almost debt free and keep a check on my credit report. Good thing it is a new year I just checked it last week.
