I had ordered a DVD for $17.99 on January 3rd off the website. Everything went through fine and they told me my dvd would process the same day and would be shipped to me between 3-5 business days. I did not receive any sort of confirmation e-mail. A week went by and I still did not receive my dvd in the mail. I called the number they provided on their website only to get a recorded message. I left a message for them to return my phone call, but no one ever called me back. After I left numerous messages, I Googled the site and found out it was a scam. I notified my credit card company only to find out they took the money out of my account right away. I sent an e-mail to them telling them I was going to contact the authorities and someone needed to call me back. I heard nothing back from them. A few days later I did receive a confirmation e-mail saying my dvd was in the mail. Finally, a week later, I received a manila envelope in the mail containing a burned cd that was supposed to be my movie. I put it in the dvd player and the quality was horrible! HORRIBLE!! I hope everyone researches this site before ordering!!! SCAM, SCAM, SCAM!!!!!
