Signed up for Construct-A-Lead. Used the service for a month and decided to cancel. Cancelled through the website. My credit card was billed the next month for the full amount. Called customer service and was told I would receive a refund and that my account was now cancelled. The same thing happened the next month. This went on for three months. After it was clear they were not going to cancel my subscription and keep billing me I filed a dispute with my bank to stop further payments. Construct-a-Lead claimed I never cancelled, accused me of credit card fraud somehow billed me for yet ANOTHER month and never refunded anything. Worst company, customer service ever.

- Just saying, something doesn't add up here on this one. You're credit card company should have issued you a refund. Credit card companies always side with their customers. Why didn't they issue a refund? Sounds like there is more to this story. Just saying. I read these complaints here all the time and most of the complainers and not 100% truthful. Sounds like you were in a contract. Good luck!
