Got a voucher for $25.00 for 'Sunlit' Pandora style bracelet and crystal bangle valued at $225.00 shipping included. Voucher was offered
through my local tv station kgbt channel 4 purchased voucher GC0974946 order id #32248-5963323 had to wait 48 hours to order the bracelet then on Dec. 19 2013 I went to the belleza jewelry website orderd item entered my voucher # and and everything went through I got my statement with all the information printed. Iam still waiting emaild Teresa 4 times called numerous times since 2nd week in January 2014 still cant get trough. Please help.

- I had the same issue with this company. Sent over 50 emails, numerous calls, and the one time they called I just happened to be out to lunch. I tried calling back but every time it either hung up automatically or some automated message came on. I then contacted the BBB about them. I finally got a refund, after the accused me of sending "abusive emails in cap locks". I even provided a copy of the emails to the BBB showing exactly what was said. Which basically was I wanted a refund. I would start there. Good luck!
