An add online for Carcinia Cambogia Max came to my attention when I was on FB for a free trial. I went to their link and thought I was getting a sample as advertised with a $4.97 charge just for shipping. This was for a ten day "FREE" trial. My bank account as of yesterday has been charged for additional 105.95 without my knowledge. After talking to my bank and given needed information I went back online looked up their 1-800-237-6182 number and found their customer Service contact number not posted on my online receipt that I printed. Their office hours are from 9 A.M. to 5 P.M. weekdays, again not posted on the print out receipt. After talking to customer service, you are not getting a trial offer. You are getting 105.95 for a one month supply. The company, as this was stated by their customer service person, waits twelve days, not working days. Than charges your account for a Month. They have my information including my email address, but this company, did not notify me for permission to charge my account for additional monies also if you want to send the product back there is a 35% restock fee as stated by their customer service person. Be aware this doesn't happen to you. In my opinion, this is bad business and I will never do business with them again.
