I ordered the sample product in November of 2013 having no idea I was signing up for further shipments. I returned unopened the shipment of December. There is no information at all on the mailing label how to cancel the shipments. I received a shipment in January, so I inspected the original bottle and found a phone number. I called the number and was told they would ship until I cancelled the subscription. I said to cancel the subscription and refund my money. The woman on the phone demanded a tracking number to prove I had returned the product. We had refused accepting the shipment, so I had no proof. I said I would send the next shipment back and she offered it to me at half price. This is a scam and this company should be investigated by a fraud squad.
