Ordered 2 NEW 1DS Mark III cameras on 12/26/13. Their AMEX terminal was down so I chose to have them shipped COD. After 1 week of waiting, COD was not an option, only way to order was to wire the money. Wired the money on 1/6 and the cameras would be sent out UPS, next day air. Called every day and got the run around. Cameras finally arrived today (1/22/14) only to find out they were USED and one of them doesn't even work (Error 99) which means the shutter box needs to be replaced. I have pictures of the cameras and a screen shot of the former owner. Now, the battle of the refund will take another month and more frustration! I need help getting back the money.
