I purchased Zen Cleanse and a Green Tea product from this company on 11/12/13, on the facts stated which were: a bottle of Zen Cleanse and a bottle of Green Tea for 10.00. The 10.00 was to cover freight charges, and the product was free. I received the packages and products with a invoice stating I had 30 days free trial period and the next shipment would be charged at regular price 89 for Zen and 87 for Green Tea. However, on 11/27/13, just 15 days later, I was charged 87 for the Zen Cleanse. I disputed this charge with my bank and warned them of another charge that may hit, figuring at this time I was being ripped off. Sure enough, on 12/05/13 the 89 dollar Green Tea hit, but at least this one was closer to the thirty day period. I also disputed this charge with my bank and was refunded. However, this is the problem: On January 18th my bank statement is pending for a reverse from these idiots, this blew my mind. My bank is telling me they are sending a letter for their cause of disputes, and I do not know what to do. They have already lied on two accounts the price and when charges begin to accrue. After there first failure, do to their lies, when I disputed the product and terms, one would think that all was done.
