I signed up with two fruits related dietary products around Christmas time in 2013. They told me the credit card did not go through. I tried the second time and the same warning showed on screen. So I gave up.

After several days I got the second step bottle of that product---"Premier African Mango..."from mail. I was surprised and of course happy. But I am still waiting for the first step fruit relate product. Without the first step how can I start the 2nd step?

Well, today while asking for help from Premiera African Mango company, a lady refused to gave me address for returning their product(even on my own cost.), I asked to talk to manager, I was put in the hold for 25 minutes. She did not know I am very patient person(background, teacher)or just wanted to punish customer? So I called the 2nd time got a young lady, nice and helped me about address(I got it on google already.) She told me she would take care of return but will charge for $9.99 stocking fee(never heard of it). Instead of getting charge $77.86 (they claim that I signed up for automatic supplies and this after 14 days not contact them, the product will be charge as $77.86)I need to pay for stocking fee. What a scam. What kind of dietary product will cost that much even you did not try it yet, you are already hocked on auto ordering. Weird business.

So, I called Chase and disputed the charge. Chase did it professionally fast and told me I am all set. What a different between that company and Chase. Lesson to learn. Wish people will learn it from my lesson.
