We got Lingo because we thought we'd found a way to save money on our monthly phone bill. We got the equipment, but had to wait for our current contract with ATT to end. The next thing we knew, Lingo had charged us for a month of service that we never had. They refused to refund us the money. We cancelled our service with them and they charged us $18.95 to return their phone box, not once, but twice. When we called them, they said they'd issue a refund check. That was more than 2 months ago now and we have yet to see a check in the mail.
